i found the check-in experience very smooth. i was given a graduate king room. the room included a well-stocked mini fridge and plenty of water bottles..
the single lift to the third floor felt quite slow at times..

tiny room baffling temperature controls
the location was acceptable for getting around town.
The room was tiny. it reminded me of a slightly more upscale prison cell with floral wallpaper. the temperature controls were baffling. I couldn't seem to get the room to a comfortable temperature. a small window offered no discernible view. Just the brick wall next door.

A charming stay with good details
lovely atmosphere clean room quiet room
The decor created a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. The bar was comfy and well-stocked.. I found a coffee machine in my room. It was very quiet and clean, contributing to a happy visit.
The bathroom water was only slightly warm, making showering difficult.

The staff was friendly and tried to assist me. The doorman offered friendly and helpful service. Night reception helped prepare baby bottles late at night, appreciated.

The room included Alice bedside lamps, a subtle and charming detail. I appreciated the subtle Alice in Wonderland scheme. The Morse Bar provides a quiet place for a drink with comfortable leather chairs.

comfortable bed clean room great location
The room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. the staff at reception gave a lovely welcome. i found the location great. It is very central.
the water was not hot in the bathroom. it was at best, only warm.

I had a christmas eve meal in the alice restaurant. The food was high quality. arjun provided perfect service. the decor was lovely, and the staff were chatty.

i enjoyed the spa and it was easy to relax in the atmosphere there. ella and the team were very friendly and helpful. the ballroom was a special venue. the hotel has beautiful interiors and a classic charm.

the location is perfect, just steps away from a major university. the hotel is directly opposite a popular museum. it is a short walk from all the most iconic landmarks and museums, a great base for exploration.
